Termite Warranty

Our trained technicians will preventatively treat your home or business against infestations of Eastern Subterranean Termites (native) as well as Formosan Termites (non-native). Both species are present in the Lowcountry, but not all companies' warranties include both species. Collins Pest Control's warranty does.
Warranties are available for up to $250,000 to cover repair costs in the unlikely event of an infestation. A termite warranty with Collins Pest Control can be a tremendous asset in selling your property, as our warranty is completely transferable at no additional cost to the buyer.
Real Estate / CL-100 Inspections
Also known as a Wood Infestation Report (WIR), CL stands for “clear letter,” indicating there are no current termite infestations in your home.
